Gents.... i have recently had to split my engine in half (i missplaced the woodruff key from the clutch). i have set the timing to be 22 degrees BTDC as suggested in everything i read.... you could get it powder coated. to get it sand blasted and then powder coated, you will need about 150 to 200 quid. BUT, if you are powder coating, you have to have a good shape to begin with as you cant use filler. it is a damn good, strong finish tho.... just not quite the mirror finish you get w...

mushroom head - flat domed shape to the bolt, sits under the rubber strip without causing a buldge. nyloc = nuts with a nylon insert, they dont shake loose with vibration ;)

Use washers....

the only worry i have is the dc supply that continues to the switch. i cant see a reason why there is a DC line to the switch, but do i need to keep this connection and run a new AC line for the horn?
