Foot Brake

How can I put a foot brake on a modern scooter (eg. ET2). Is it possible?

Anythings possible. But the work would be expensive.

Shouldn't be too bad? Cut hole, find mounting points, fit pedal and cable/hydraulics, lock up spare lever?
