Just a quick note to introduce myself. I`m new to the world of two wheeled fun and frolics and am `knocked out` with the friendliness and camaraderie of the folks in the scooter scene.
I have recently become the proud owner of a 1966 Vespa GT, brought for me on my birthday by my wife.
i am in the process of restoring the scoot (her name is Velma)! and look forward to seeing you out and about next year.

Hi Gooner47, yes you are correct about my geographic location. I do indeed live in the Black Country ( sometimes called the 'Monte-Carlo of the Midlands' ).
