It’s Finished! :)

Postby Scoots and Vans on Sat Oct 11, 2008 2:26 pm

Well it took a bit longer than I thought. I originally thought 4 weeks would be enough time to fit the restore in around work but it the end it took 4 months only a little bit longer
The Motovespa 160 has been on the road for 3 weeks now and I’m really happy with it, I decided to take it out for a spin first thing this morning to run it in a bit more and 118 miles later I ended up in Gosport had a bacon sandwhich and a cup of tea then rode back, the rally 200 engine that I fitted pulls so well it’s a real relaxing ride
Anyhow some pictures below. Sorry for the crap quality but only had my camera phone with me

Nice one mate, well worth taking your time when the result is that good!
If you could ride a vespa at the speed of light, would the headlight work???

Jeez, I was thinking of just putting the PX in it's place not raping it. You look like a man on a mission, more power to you.
