What is the trick to fitting the chrome trim to the legshields tried light heat etc do you start in middle and work out or one end and over cheers miki

Do you mean chrome, or the plastic 'alloy effect' ones as fitted to the PX?

Either way put some tape over the legshields, you can always trim it off afterwards. But it stop scratching paint.

Handle Bars off



push legshield trim down onto legshields from the top and the masking tape is a good idea :wink:

As Fred says, from top down with headset out the way.

Stick it in a hot bath first to make it a bit more pliable, use a plastic spatular to ease it at the curves.. have fun! :D
